Established in 2011, Back on Track Physiotherapy has grown to include multiple locations and services. We are about being ingrained in our local community and aim to work with you to assist you live life without limits..
The purpose of Back on Track Physiotherapy is to provide an innovative first-class service by establishing real connections and delivering real results. By having longer appointment times, we can thoroughly assess your concerns, establish your goals and develop a management plan that meets your needs. We believe in educating every client on their potential and empowering them to make their own health decisions.

Our services have helped many communities across the Murrumbidgee region? From Moama and Hillston in the West, West Wyalong in the North, Finley, Berrigan, Urana, Howlong, Boorowa, Lockhart and Leeton and many more in between. We are proud to provide needed services to these local communities.
We have been lucky enough to win awards such as our 2015 PEAK Award for NSW Health Integrated Care, in which along with the Murrumbidgee Local Health District, implemented a private-public partnership to help support rural communities. In addition to our most recent 2020 award, The Murrumbidgee Primary Health Network Award, for Promoting Healthy Living with our Vitality program.
We continue to offer first class and innovative services and advocate and support for additional first class services. Our principal locations are in Albury, Corowa and Howlong, but will continue to work with community health districts and Primary Health Networks, to better the lives of community members.
Its this importance of Health within our Community that we have been a proud partner of the Albury-Wodonga City to City Fun Run Fundraiser since its inception. We support many community organisations and sports teams, and will continue to do so into the future, A future in which all people can live life without limits.
