Helping others do what they love is the biggest reward being a physio. Working with a range of patients from sports injuries, joint and tendon problems, post surgical, longevity, pilates, acute and chronic pain are my areas of passion. I graduated from CSU in 2016 and have worked in all of Back on Track clinics previously.
Supporting people on the ndis, workcover injuries, dva and home care packages provide great fulfilment for me with the long term journeys you go through. I also have a background in personal training and enjoy rehabbing people to their full potential from the basic foundational movements to high level performance.
Outside of physio i love to travel, enjoy good food, watch live sport of almost every kind and make memories along the way.
I look forward to helping you feel good and move strongly towards your next goal.

Your Physiotherapist
Holly is a Physiotherapist who has moved over from the UK and landed in Albury with us. Holly has a vast experience in different Physiotherapy settings, such as private clinic work, Musculoskeletal outpatients, hospital rehab and acute stroke rehab. Holly draws on her experience as a Physiotherapist to create tailored gym-based rehab programs focused on people’s goals, she has extensive experience using a variety of manual therapy techniques to help increase mobility and manage pain and is dry needling and acupuncture qualified. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Sport, Health and Exercise Science and a Masters in Physiotherapy. Holly enjoys all aspects of Physio but is particularly interested in neurological rehabilitation, older adult rehab and managing sports injuries. Holly is enthusiastic and one of her favourite things to do is help people achieve things they didn’t think they would ever be able to achieve to help them lead a better, happier life.
When Holly is not helping people achieve their goals, she loves exploring new places with her partner Tom. One of their greatest adventures so far is uprooting their lives in the UK to come and travel around our beautiful country. Sport has always been a big part of Holly’s life, and she is particularly passionate about hockey, CrossFit and snowboarding, she loves the thrill and the discipline that these sports bring. Holly believes in a holistic approach to life where family, adventure and fitness play an equally important role in shaping who she is.

Tom joins us from the UK, bringing to the clinic a depth of clinical experience in both private and sporting settings. Tom’s sporting background has guided him to experience in elite level sport across multiple sports such as soccer, rugby, gymnastics and basketball. Prior to moving to Albury, Tom was the medical lead at Stoke City Women FC (Soccer) where in the four years in the role, he oversaw the medical department during the club’s move from semi professional to professional level. In addition to this Tom has worked at the UK’s leading sports university, supporting olympians from many nationalities and many different sports during his time there. He was also involved in developing Loughborough University's complete ACL protocol plan, which he has found very useful when working in soccer.
The work Tom has completed has seen him become very familiar in treating lower limb injuries due to the nature of the sports he has worked in, but his private work and educational background at Keele University has also developed a strong interest in spinal pathology. Tom uses a balanced approach of hands on techniques, acupuncture and dry needling, as well as overall exercise prescription for strength and conditioning. Tom’s committed and thorough approach allows for unique tailored treatment, with focus on not just the injury itself but also the bigger picture of the individual.
Away from work, Tom and his partner Holly are exploring the vast country we call home, trying to squeeze as much as they can in the time they are in Australia. Tom has recently signed up for the Brisbane Marathon and so currently a lot of training is going into this. Tom’s main sporting passion since retiring from soccer is golf and you will often find him making the most of the Aussie weather playing this.
