Group Activities

Our group program is a great opportunity for seniors to exercise, socialise and learn new concepts about health and wellness. If nothing else you will receive a free cup of tea or coffee and a light snack.

Our group program involves a combination of group exercise, and discussion between peers about key concepts of how to age well. The sessions follow our workbook sections, that is an aging well resource.
